Amber by Baco Amber by Baco is a family-owned jewelry workshop based in Gdańsk, where silver jewelry with natural Baltic amber has been created for over 20 years.
Behind the brand stands my family and me – Grzegorz Dejcz – a person whose life has been connected with amber for as long as I can remember.
Amber has been a part of my life since childhood. I grew up watching small works of art emerge from seemingly ordinary pieces of the “Gold of the Baltic.”
Over time, I began working with the tools myself, learning about the material, its unique characteristics, and its possibilities.
What fascinated me most was that every piece of amber is different – each has its own color, structure, and story. That fascination became my profession and eventually grew into the family workshop known today as Amber by Baco.

We are a Polish jewelry brand that has been creating Baltic amber designs in carefully crafted limited collections for many years. The most important decisions are made around the table in our Gdańsk workshop – this is where, together with our team, we design new pieces, select exceptional stones, and refine every detail. Because our jewelry is made in Poland, we have direct control over every stage of the process: from the first sketch and the selection of raw materials to hand-finishing and final quality inspection.
At Amber by Baco, we choose to create limited collections because we want every piece to have its own character rather than resemble something from an anonymous production line. Our original designs combine traditional craftsmanship with a contemporary approach to form. Whenever I create a new design, I always think about how the jewelry will feel when worn – how it will sit on a finger, wrist, or neckline – ensuring that it is comfortable, durable, and made to accompany you for years to come.
