How to make a return?

Online shopping should be convenient — including when you want to return something. That's why we've simplified returns to a minimum. No printing documents, no lengthy forms and no unnecessary formalities. A few simple steps and you're done.
Submit a return as a
Registered Customer
Please note! If incorrect details were entered when placing the order and it cannot be found — please contact us. We'll help you locate it.
Step 1
Log in to your customer panel, select the order and the products you wish to return
Step 2
Select the reason for the return and submit it
Step 3
Choose and pay for return shipping. Save the digital dispatch code you receive
Step 4
Pack your parcel, attach the digital dispatch code to it, and drop it off at any parcel locker
Submit a return as a
Guest Customer
Step 2
Enter the order number that was provided when placing the order
Step 3
Enter the email address that was provided when placing the order
Step 4
Enter the authorisation code sent to your email, then proceed the same way as a registered customer
